Dave brings deep experience in the nutraceutical and contract manufacturing space, with an extensive background spanning sales, marketing, business development, finance, and strategy. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving growth, and delivering strong business results.

As part of this transition, Founder Adel Villalobos will assume the role of Vice Chairman of the Board. Adel, who launched Lief and guided it from start-up to industry leader, will remain engaged at the Board level, focusing on long-term strategy, innovation, and governance.
