On February 16th, we had the distinct pleasure of celebrating our 15-year anniversary with political figures, local leaders, industry members, and our Lief Labs team. In addition to celebrating 15 years of business, our special event also focused on community workforce development and health & wellness.
Our Founder and CEO, Adel Villalobos, kicked off our celebration with remarks about his gratitude for his family and our team at Lief Labs. He also reflected on his history and relationship with distinguished guest, Senator Alex Padilla, who has been a source of profound inspiration for him.
It was an honor to hear Senator Alex Padilla deliver remarks about his experiences with Adel and his commemoration for Lief’s 15-year milestone.
Adel presented Senator Alex Padilla with special awards recognizing his commitment to community leadership and an award on behalf of Lief, the Natural Products Association and the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) for his support of the dietary supplement industry.
We also had the honor of hearing remarks from Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce CEO, Maria S. Salinas, College of the Canyons Chancellor, Dr. Dianne Van Hook, and Los Angeles Mission College Biotech Program Director, Dr. Chander Arora.
As our team reflects on the past 15 years, we are humbled and grateful for the support that we have received. Our team is inspired to further contribute to our industry and our community’s workforce development and health & wellness.
