Lief Labs continues to grow with the acquisition of a new facility in Valencia. In 2018, Lief leased the 112,000 square-foot building located at 28903 Avenue Paine as well as a 52,000 square-foot facility at Chase Place in late 2020.
Lief has signed a lease for the entire building, located at 29025 – 29055 Avenue Paine. The building adjacent to the current building at 28903 Avenue Paine will function as Lief’s primary operational hub. Rexford Industrial will make minor interior modifications to accommodate Lief’s specific needs, and construction is expected to be completed by December of 2021.
