Lief Labs’ founder and CEO Adel Villalobos sits with the San Fernando Valley Business Journal to discuss his journey growing Lief Labs from only five employees to over three hundred. What started as a passion for nutrition and biochemistry has evolved into a successful full-service supplement manufacturing company. Adel admits there were several hurdles in the beginning, including the mental challenges to managing such sudden growth. However, once he realized people were his greatest asset and motivation, he was able to overcome them and flourish.

Giving up is the easy path. Do not give up. Take it until you feel like you’ve gone and exhausted every single avenue because the triumph will be much more worth it.
