Second Annual Heart of the Brain Gala

On September 7th, Heart of the Brain hosted their second annual fundraising gala. The event, which consisted of artisanal foods, live music and magicians, raised over $600,000 to support Heart of the Brain’s mission. The proceeds will help their efforts to support the work of world-class medical researchers and doctors, dedicated to understanding the causes and prevention of brain cancer. Founder and CEO of Lief Labs, Adel Villalobos, is a member of Heart of the Brain’s Board of Advisors and a Gold Sponsor of the organization.
