What is ImmunoLin^®?

ImmunoLin^® is a serum-derived bovine immunoglobulin/protein isolate (SBI). SBI is an agglomerated powder purified from edible bovine plasma that consists of over 90% protein and is composed of more than 50% immunoglobulins, other peptides, and growth factors found naturally in milk or colostrum. By binding directly to the natural microbes in the body, the immunoglobulins and other bioactive peptides in SBI are believed to support a variety of functions including maintaining healthy digestion and immune function. ImmunoLin’s other functions include:

🟢   Aids in uptake and utilization of nutrients

🟢   Will not affect growth of probiotic or commensal bacteria in vitro

🟢   Will not alter the composition of intestinal microbiota

🟢   Suppresses inflammatory stress reaction and immune response induced by vigorous exercise

How does SBI work?

Studies have demonstrated that SBI binds to the potentially-toxic substances and pathogens that normally appear in the intestinal tract due to the breakdown of bacteria or the consumption of contaminated foods. These microbial substances can penetrate the protective cell barrier in our GI tract and disrupt the gut homeostasis if not stopped. Once bound to these microbial components, SBI helps create a complex large enough to prevent antigens from being absorbed by the body.
